Hi, to replace window balancer. It has "32 4 HQ CALDWELL" printed on the side. Could you please show me which part should i pick?

Hello, Warren.

I recommend you take a look at the S380-33 or S385-33 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. I also recommend the 3240 option based on your 32 4 stamp. If you have any questions just let me know!

Thanks very much. Does the S380-33 includes the end-piece 15-005? Like to make sure I don't need to order any additional part(s) separately.

Yes! The Series 380 comes fully assembled with both the top and bottom fittings.
