Window balancer

Hi, I need to get a window balancer and am trying to identify which one it is. There is a 20 40 FA Caldwell printed on the side. I can narrow down based off look and how the top/bottom are built, but how do I determine which series this is? Like S350, S351, etc.

You'd look closely at the shape of the top and bottom attachments. Figure out if one, the other, or both are winged. The combinations of wings vs no wings will determine what you need. When in doubt, send us photos of both ends of the balance.

Sorry, last question. I'm having trouble whether it's a S380 or S385. I know the shoes are different, but I can't really tell from the pictures on your site how to match which one it is. I'm pretty sure it's the S385. Some pictures are attached. Is it possible to order both shoes in order to determine once they arrive, or would I have to order both balances? Thanks!

I see Series 385 here. It has the bigger shoe. Just make sure you have a winged top attachment to go along with the winged bottom attachment. If so, S385-21 sounds right, if you verify that you have a 21" metal channel. The S385-21">S385-21 is offered in a 2040 option to match your old balance.

Perfect! Yes I?ve already confirmed the winged top, I didn?t include pictures of that due to the picture upload limit. Thanks for the help, I?ll make the order shortly. (Uploaded top photos just to make sure). Thanks for the help.
