6 total 30' window balancer stamps only says 29 3 Gs Caldwell bed to know how to identify the weight. Thank you.

You can weigh the sash to get the weight, that's best, but your old stamp gives a clue... you previously used a 29 3, so a 2930 weight option could be right for you.
