Window balancer

Question

Have prism window from simonton about 10 year old balancer broke looking for replacement.looking from inside of house it's the right side but what to replace both can you help

Looks like the shoe is the only broken piece. See our 15-192, I am confident this can be used as a replacement. You can probably reuse the old spring.
