Window balancer

Quick Learner from Canyon Country CA

I need help with a replacement for a broken window balancer. Please tell me what part to order from you. Window weighs 21 pounds.

I also inquired about another window in reference number D148406.

Thank you

Sue

Hi Sue. I'm afraid this isn't enough to go off of. Can you show us pictures of the balance removed from the window? Photos of any attachments or stamp codes would be particularly helpful. From there, we'll try and narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Hahaha, yes. I uploaded a series of photos but I guess they weren't received. I'll send again. Thanks. These photos will show the 2 different balancers that came out of the same window.
I'll send more photos of another window in a separate email.

Here is the balancer from my other window. It's longer but the ends seem the same.

Thanks for the response. OK, so for your first window it looks like you need either a S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2630. For your second balance, see either our S380-33 or S385-33. Again, compare both balances with your old one to see which matches your old balance's shoe depth. You will need a stamp option of 3230. Let me know if you have any other questions.
