Hello,

I can't be positive about which hardware you need with your balance still installed, but it resembles our S770 channel balance. Take a look and Make sure that everything matches up. You'll also need the length of your metal channel and the stamp number on your balance to choose the correct spring strength option.

Hello, yes. This looks like a S770-28 to me. The stamp option of 28C is for a window sash in the weight range of 18 through 23 lbs. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
