I'm confident we can help, but I'd like to confirm one detail. Some versions of these balances have fittings with wings, or side tabs. Your bottom shoe possibly had them, but since it appears the edges have snapped off it's hard to tell. Can you check the other balance from this window, or perhaps from an identical window in the house? We'll do our best to assist from there.

Thanks for confirming. Based on the nylon fitting combination I believe you have an S395-29. Please compare to confirm. For a stamp option choose 2830.
