Window balancer

A home owner from College Station, Texas says:
I have three windows with messed up balancers. Two of them have both balancers messed up and one of them has one of the two messed up. Here is a picture of one of the balancers. It is 1/2 in wide. Also, the top sash guides are broken on the window with broken balancers.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window, including both end attachments, to compare to our inventory. We would also need to see an undamaged sash guide removed from the window, along with written out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. We'll relate some videos on this page to assist you. Thank you!

A home owner from College Station, Texas says:
Hey Casey--

Here is what the balancer looks like.

I also need a few of the channel guides for the window in photo IMG_0162.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S395-34 channel balance with a 3340 strength option, as well as the dimensions of the 18-174 top sash guide, to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
