Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid your hardware is too damaged to ID. We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove an undamaged balance assembly with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory. We will also need to see a photo of the clip in question.

Based on these new photos, my recommendation would be the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. The best replacement depends on the depth of the bottom fitting so I recommend measuring as shown below. You will also need the 2950 spring strength option.
