Window balancer

Question

The picture attached is the side that is still working. I would like to get a right and left.  The only thing my piece has written on it is down with an arrow.  Coming off a generic window with no labels or stickers.

Thanks for reaching out! It is likely that we have a replacement coil balance assembly we'll be able to recommend to you, however, I'll need to see your hardware removed from the window.

You'll need to have the pivot shoe removed from the window and I'll also need to know if there are any stamps/markings on the metal coil balance.

Are you able to send photos of your hardware removed from the window?
