Based on your sash weight, you'd need 2030 strength options to support between 12-15 lbs. With that being said, I'd recommend checking to see if the balance on the opposite side of the window is undamaged. If so, I'd like to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel to confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they might need to be special ordered.
Thanks for getting back to us but what we would need to see is where the spring and pulley connect inside of the metal channel of an undamaged balance. You'll need to remove the balance to see if the internal mechanism is intact.
