Hi Christian, thank you for posting,

Your window uses an older crossbow balance that is no longer made. We can assist with an updated replacement option, but to determine the best fit for your window, can you confirm if the diameter of the spring measures 3/8" or 1/2"?

We will also need to know the weight of the window sash that these balances support. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply! The spring is 3/8 and the weight of the sash is 18.2 lbs. Hope that helps!

Hi Christian,

We can replace this balance with an updated replacement channel balance style, but it will require a custom order due to the original 3/8" spring size.

How many balances are you in need of replacing? For custom orders there is a minimum of (2). From there I can provide pricing for your review. Thank you!
