Hi I took out these balancer and need one for each side of my window, I noticed one is shorter than the other

The one that is printed 27 is 28 and the one that is printed 26 is 27 inches. Both bottom shoes are measuring at 1 inch in depth

Hello,

With this combination of attachments and 1" shoe depth, you could have the S380 channel balance. You'll also need 2630 (27") and 2730 (28") spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
