Hello,
I am looking for a right model to buy for my window balancer with "20 D U.S.B" label on it. The little trolley and the white wire is broken on this one and is not included in the picture. Out of four balancers I need, I have one balancer on the right with a different label on it -" 2090 30" not sure why only one of them have a different label on it.
Please advise, thanks!

Thanks for your post! The stamps on the balances may differ because one or more of these assemblies at some point. Our S350-21 should work to replace them both.
Since these stamps both differ from the stamps on our balances, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash to confirm the right range for the replacements.

It is approx. 16 lbs. (15.65-87 lbs to be exact).
Could you confirm the replacement range and also approx how much it would cost to ship four of them to Vancouver, BC Canada?

Thanks for confirming. You'll need to select the 2040 stamp option. This will support a sash weighing between 15 to 23lbs.
The pricing for the balances is available on the website. You'll need to add the balances to your online cart and enter your shipping information to calculate the costs.
