Window balancer

Question

I'm not able to get them out of the window since they are broken.  Are you able to determine the part I need with the stamp?

Thanks for your post! I'm afraid I cannot use the stamp to identify the balance replacement. The stamp tells us the weight range a balance may be able to support but it does not tell us the series, unfortunately.

I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance, as well as any compatible hardware that could be left behind in the window channel.
