Window balancer

Hi I'm trying to find a replacement for these Andersen window balancers. The numbers on it are 11600-17 and 527 3 J73 1 92

Given the 527 in the stamp, this balance can be replaced with the 24-531 Andersen Sash Balance. These are used to replace the 519, 523, 525, 527, and 531.

They can be used for right and left handed applications.
