Window balancer for 2008 Milgard

This appears to be a kind of tilt window balance, but it appears that some important details are missing. Would it be possible to see the pivot shoe that connects to the bottom of this assembly? Can you also show me a clearer photo of the metal clip at the end of the cord? Finally, please show me a picture of the hole in the track where that metal clip installs.
