Window balancer for double hang wood windows

Question

Hi, my bottom windows don't open. We took them apart and removed the part we think is broken (last picture) could you please help us identify it? The length is 25 inches. Thanks

Thanks for the inquiry. It looks to me like you could use a new S751-27 channel balance. Give it a glance to be sure you agree, though!
