Window balancer for milgard windows

What series should i buy to replace the window balancer? Take note this has winges and the stamp in the balancer says 26-3 kh5 cmc 34

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. The balance configuration shown here isn't something we stock so it must be a custom order. Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to order? What's the length of the metal channel?

It is two balancers and the length of the metal thing only is 27inches

Is there another alternative that I can buy from your site that would work with the windows? The window is a milgard windows.

No, I'm afraid there isn't a stock balance that can replace what you show here. Your balance has a pulley wheel built into the bottom shoe which all of our stock balances lack.

With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

Just to confirm, the quote you sent me, is the replacement I can use for the window balancer correct? Where the wheels are in the bottom shoe? And both the top and bottom fittings have wings on them, correct?

Yes, the order link that was sent over is for replacement balances based on the pictures provided. The replacements will be a replica of your photos with a winged top/bottom with a wheel in the shoe. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
