See attached 3 photos. One of photos shows numbers. Weight of the lower window is 25.5 lbs. can you tell me what to order?

Thanks for writing in! This window balance is a custom Apex style balance. We can provide you with a replacement for it but the bottom attachment will differ slightly. The manufacturer has confirmed our replacement to be a suitable replacement for the balance you have.

I'm happy to provide you with a quote to for the replacements, I'll just need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.

I need 4 of these. By the way the length of the metal part measures 27 inches even though the number printed says 25.
