Window balancer identity

Thanks for posting! Your balance shoe appears to be some variation of a knife lock shoe but it is a bit difficult to make out the exact replacement since the shoe is still installed. To confirm the right replacement match for your balance, I'll need to see a photo of that shoe removed from the window channel.
I'll also need to know the exact weight of your sash to confirm the exact stamp your replacement balances need to support the sash. Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference the 24HB stamp from your balance with our stamps.
Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to remove/install these balances.

Hello,
I'm sorry to say this would not be the last step. I'll still need to know the exact weight of the sash to confirm the correct balance, as requested above.
As mentioned, I cannot cross-reference the 24HB stamp you initially showed and I also cannot cross-reference the 24HT stamp. If you are looking to replace both of these stamps, it would be a good idea to confirm the sash weight for both windows, especially since the stamps differ.
It is important to know the amount of weight the balances will need to be able to support since that is the purpose for the balances being installed in the window. If they happen to be too strong, that could result in irreparable damage to the window.

Thanks for confirming. Your balances can be replaced with the S751-25. For both stamps, you can use either the 24R (supports a sash weighing 10 to 18lbs) or the 24HD (supports a sash weighing 18 to 22lbs).
You'll want to use the 24R if you rounded up to 18lbs; the 24HD if it was slightly over.
Please be sure to double check the clip at the top of the balance to determine if you'll need the 19-029 Short S-Clip or the 19-030 Long S-Clip.
