The window is a double-pane Viking with a vinyl frame, stamped inside the frame (between the two panes) with "LOW-E May 1995". The balancer is 16" long and there is what looks like a part number stamped on it: "1490 cg 20". It also has "BSI" stamped at right angles to the part number.

Based on your photos it looks like you have our S395-15. You'll have to weigh your sash for to figure out which option to select at checkout. Also, make sure when measuring the length that you are only including the metal channel in your measurement.
