My bottom sash of my window does not stay up. As soon as you pull the window up, it immediately falls down. They are Simonton double hung windows. I believe the part that is needed is a window balancer. Pictures 1 and 2 are the window that needs the part. Picture 3 is a similar simonton window that I have showing the piece that is missing

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window uses coil balance assemblies. To further review, we will need to see the sash removed where we can see a clear view of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to. It would be best to see the assembly completely removed from the window with dimensions.

Please also confirm if the coil spring in the window is 3/8" or 1/2" thick. From there we can confirm which series is needed for your window. Thank you!
