Window balancer part replacement

Question

Hello,
Can you please direct me to the correct part number for my Milgard window balancer. I will need 2.
Numbers on the balancer is 32 4 DV CMC 7

Hello there. See our S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option go with 3240.
