Window balancer replacement. Markings: "32-4 AA CMC 11"

Question

Subject has the markings and it's shown in the photos. Both tips look like they have wings. When I measure the channel, it's 33 inches, but the markings say "32-4". Not sure if the 32 means 32 inches.

Hello and thanks for your post. Your balance closely resembles both our S380-33 and S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances would make the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 3240 option.
