Window balancer with 25-4

Question

Hi my window is 20 years old and need to replace the window balancer and clip whole set
Pleade help me to identify which product of yours I should buy. I need to replace whole set including take out clip

i think 385 series is pretty close but not sure about the spring's strength

Hello there. I am confident we can help, but I need two further pieces of information. First, we need to see the top nylon attachment as well, preferably with the balance removed from the window for a clear view. Second, we need you to remove the balance from the window and show us the 'guts' or underside. Some balances from the west coast have a special design we must account for. We'll do our best to narrow it down from there.
