Window balancers

It appears you have either our S380-30 or our S385-30 Channel Balance with a 2940 stamp. To confirm which of these balances is the right fit for your window, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Please refer to the diagram below.

When referring to the sash guards, I am assuming you are referring to the plastic pieces at the top corners of the window; these are the top sash guides. I'll need to see an undamaged version of the part to recommend the correct replacement.

The correct balance replacement would be the S380-30 since your shoe has a depth of 1". 

In regard to the top sash guide, I'll need a better view of the front of angle of the part. Specifically, need to see the shape of the front as well as the installation holes.

Thanks for your photos. I recommend carefully reviewing and comparing our 18-166 to your top sash guide. You'll need to confirm the measurements to determine if this is the correct replacement. I cannot confirm at this time that this is the exact replacement you'll need however, it does appear to be the closest match.
