Window balancers

Thanks for posting! Your balances look like they could be either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or our S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. Although, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference the stamp from your balances, so I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash. I believe it may weigh 45lbs based on this stamp, however, you'll need to double check to be sure.
