Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe appears to match our 15-111, which is designed to be used with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. This may be just what you need, but you should confirm the size of your old spring to confirm.

You should be able to reuse your old plastic housing since it appears to be in good condition.
