I need to replace the pair of balancers on the vinyl window pictured. The lower window sash window is a double pane 38" high by 29" wide. The balancer is 1 1/4" wide and the travel distance is about 34". Do have anything to replace the right and left side? It is a double coil balancer on each side.

I will be sending an additional e mail with more pictures. I found numbers on the coil springs.

The top coil was Omega 6.5# 33.5 and the bottom coil had a 5 on it. I need a right and left side along with the shoes. I also need a right and left window latch as shown. The homeowner tried to tilt the windows for cleaning and had no idea what to do. Broke several items.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches to yours. As for your coil balance assembly, it's hard to be sure since most of your photos show the back of the pivot shoe but what I can make our resembles our 15-111, which uses either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
