Pat# 5.353.548 for one of the balances.

Both window balances are broken. The single metal band is snapped in half on both sides.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Check out the 15-087. This pivot shoe appears to be the one you need. The Series 180 are the compatible coil springs which are sold separately. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.

Awesome! Thank you guys! I will get some ordered up! I am not sure of the weight on the coil. Should I remove both pieces, uncool them and look for a weight rating?

Yes! The tongue of the spring should have a stamped weight code. If not, you'll have to weigh the window sash on a scale and divide the weight by the total number of springs used in the window.
