I believe that we can help with this balance, but before we go any further I'd like you to answer a few more questions.
To start, can you verify the length of the metal channel?
Can you also show me how it installs in the window at the top? It should be with either a screw or a hook.
At this stage, I feel very confident that our Series 770 can be used to replace your original, but I just want to be 100% sure that it will work as-is and without alteration.

Thank you very much for all your help. My brother checked the information that you sent and said this is the correct one. It does have a screw at the top. I ordered two 35D.
