Window balancers

Question

I have a bunch of windows that need new balancers. I'd like to get 4 new ones to begin with. Please see attached photo.
question: my balancers work in pairs (see pictures). They both attach to a metal clip, and the metal clip attaches to the window. Do you stock the window attachments? Where they connect has broken

Hello,

Your photos resemble the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 red tip spiral balances, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube. You'll also need red tip options for the balances shown in your first post.

As for the metal bracket, it should be attached to the pivot shoe. If yours are broken, we'll need to see an intact pivot shoe removed from one of your windows, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
