Window balancers needed 3 windows all this same type

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm a bit confused by these photos. The 4th photo shows what appears to be a Hybrid-type spiral balance but the last photo is a channel balance top sash guide. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly from the window and show us? We'd like to see the stamp as well. 

Regarding the first photo, would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version of this balance removed from the window as well?
