Which balancer would I use to replace this one in the picture?

We should be able to get a matching balance for you, but your photos only show the top fitting. In order to help you ID a match, I will also need to see the bottom fitting. Would that be something you can get for me? Knowing the depth of the bottom fitting would also be helpful.
