Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like it could be a match for the Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

The metal channel should measure 37" long, however. Can you double-check this for us? We will also need to know the weight of the window sash since your old stamp doesn't match up with any of our stamp options.
