Window balances

A quick learner from Colorado says:
I have a sliding window up and down non Tilting, the track measures 1/2 inch wide by 27 at the steel no plastic ends, I cannot tell if th bottom plastic is broken however the top peice and bottom peice looks like 370 in the pictures there is a stamping 2630 on the side I believe is for spring strength, also the bottom peice maybe broken and look like 380. I need 2 of them

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I have no reference to determine if you have the Series 370 or Series 380 balance. I would recommend looking at an undamaged version of your balance, first, either from the same window or from an identical window in the house that still has undamaged hardware. If you still aren't sure, we will need to see pictures of what you have.
