Before we start throwing out different channel balances to you, we need to have a visual on what your channel balance looks like. May we see some photos of the entire balance?

I have window balances stamped Caldwell 28-4 FP. Pics below. Do you have replacement balances? Thanks

This appears to be either our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2840.
