Window balances 2 Sizes

Question

I need to find correct part# for 2 Sizes of window balances both 1/2" width but one is 27" long and the other is 15" long. Measured just the metal piece not the two plastic fittings on the ends.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to choose your spring strength options based on the stamp numbers you've provided, (2630) and (1420).
