Window balances: 25 5 IL CALDWELL

I need replacement balances as one of the cables came off its pullies.

The code printed on the housing is '25 5 IL CALDWELL'. They were manufactured in the early 1990's

The length of the housing is 25 7/8" The width of the housing is: 1/2" the depth of the housing is: 7/16"

Does anyone have any advice on replacements for these? Please? Help?

Thanks for the photos. This window balance has been discontinued. Our S385-26 channel balance should work in its place. The 2550 option should work in the place of your stamping of "25 5".
