Thanks for writing in. This looks like it might be one of our Series 765 Channel Balances; go over the specifications to confirm. If the metal channel is 29" long, then see our S765-29. You will need to choose a stamp option. If there is no stamp code on the metal channel, or you're unsure, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
