Window balances

Thanks for writing. You list a few different sets of balances here. If the nylon attachments at either end of all the balances look the same, then you're dealing with either Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon fitting, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You can then select the corresponding stamp options you listed alongside each length balance you need. Now keep in mind if you decide your 11" balance is the Series 385 not the Series 380, that we will need to custom build that particular balance for you. This is no trouble at all, but just let us know if that 11" balance has a shoe depth greater than 1". Many thanks.
