Window balances

Contractor from Baton Rouge, LA
Hello. I need to identify these window balances. They are 28.75" long (end of metal to end of metal) and seem to be just over 1/2" wide. There are some numbers stamped in the side of the balance but I don't know if they mean anything. Thanks for you help!

Thanks for posting. Can you triple-check the length of the metal channel just to be safe? A metal channel with a X-3/4" length would be pretty unusual, especially with your given stamp code. Can you also give us clear pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the balance? We need to see those to identify what balance Series you are working with. From there, we'll do our best to identify what you need. Thanks.

I'm uploading pictures of the end clips. I remeasured the channel again and it is definitely 28.75" but I think we can very safely go with a 29" channel if that's an option. Appreciate the help!

Thank you for getting back to us with your photos. Your balance closely resembles both our S351-29 and S390-29. The only difference between these two is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure your bottom shoe, the way shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two is the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with a 2840 option that supports a sash weight of 23-28 pounds.
