Window balances

A quick learner from Spokane WA says:
I received the parts today and I installed two of them. They fit just fine, but the springs seem to be weak and do not hold up the window. I'd need to return them back to Swisco and order the correct/better part. So what would you suggest?
The info stamped on the old balance: 32-5 JD5 CMC 54
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael. Sorry to hear the S380-33 with a stamp option of 3220 didn't work for you. You can view our Return Policy here. Your old balance's stamp of 32-5 suggests you need a stamp option of 3250 instead, which is indeed a stronger calibration than the 3320. Let me know if you have any further questions.
