Window balances

A contractor from Baltimore MD says:
I was hired to fix this window and 2 more just like it. 8' tall and 3' wide wood double pane windows. Top sash has been made fixes by somebody adding some brackets. The sash is very heavy. The cords on the balances are hanging loose at the bottom.

We should be able to supply a replacement for this balance, but I can't quite make it out from these photos. Too much of it is obscured. I will need you to remove an undamaged version and show me a couple more photos. I specifically need to see the shoe at the end of the cord and the top end, so that we can determine how it installs in the track. Thanks!

A contractor from Baltimore MD says:
Here are some pictures of one that I removed. The spring was hooked on the top of the liner.

Okay, we're good to go. You mentioned you had three windows in your first post; are they identical? I'll email you an order link and price quote for 6 balances under the assumption that they are. If not, though, let me know how many you need and I will adjust the quantity for you.

This order link will allow you to add the balances to your cart as if they were any normal item in our inventory. Think of it like a private store page that only you can see.
