Window balances

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your balance removed from the window, including the top and bottom attachments, to identify a replacement for you. Thank you!
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2950 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

You'll see a list of options on our S385-30 balance product page. You'll need the 2950 strength option based on the stamp on your original balance, which supports a window sash weight between 28 and 32 lbs.
