Hi. I need to purchase replacement balances for my windows. These are the parts that need to be replaced. The one marked 32 4 EN is for a window weighing 32 pounds. The other is for a window weighing 19 pounds. Can you tell me which part i need to purchase?

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3240 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
