Thanks for reaching out to us, Tom. We can supply these balances but so far I'm not sure what aspect of them will be a special order. Can you go into more detail as to what makes these different from our more standard balances?

Can you also confirm that first stamp? I'm wondering if that "3405" is a typo and you meant to type "3450" instead. If it does read "3405" then I will need you to weigh that sash on a scale and tell me its precise weight, down to the ounce.

A contractor from Palm coast Florida 32137 says:
It is the 15-029 shoe, thats what I was told when I called. Pretty sure the 3405 was supposed to be 3450 as it's from the largest window. Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Gotcha, thanks. So what we're looking at are three different sized balances made to the following configurations:

  • 35" long channel balance with 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom, 3450 stamp
  • 35" long channel balance with 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom, 3440 stamp
  • 30" long channel balance with 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom, 2930 stamp

We can make these balances for you no problem. Can you just give me a count in each case? Our minimum purchase quantity is 2 and we have to set that ahead of time.

I will then email you three purchase links and price quotes that you can use to add the requested balances to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.

I agree, that's definitely a match for our 18-161. Please note that this will not be included with the custom links I'm about to email you, so don't forget to add that to your cart before you checkout.

For now, I'll send those over to you now. Please let me know if you had any questions.
