Window balances

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we should have replacement balances that would work for you, however, I am not able to identify it using the stamp. I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window to confirm. 

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be on the top and bottom of your balance as well as any that could be left behind in the window channel. Let me know if you have any questions.
