It appears you have either the Series 900 spiral balance with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter. Please review and measure to confirm the correct series.

For the pivot shoe, to move forward, we will need to see it removed from the channel with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can narrow down our selection to determine the best replacement option.
